测试助理实习生（Test Engineering Intern）

岗位概述

我们正在寻找一名积极主动、逻辑清晰且对工程测试和数据分析感兴趣的实习生，加入产品与工程团队。

该岗位将参与产品验证、性能测试、可靠性测试及认证相关测试工作，协助工程团队完成测试数据收集、整理、分析和测试平台搭建。实习生将接触工业仪器产品全生命周期中的测试与验证流程，包括测试方案执行、实验记录管理、数据处理和测试报告整理。

该职位适合理工科背景、动手能力较强，同时希望了解产品研发、工程验证及测试体系建设的同学。

主要职责 测试执行与支持

• 根据测试计划协助执行产品验证测试。
• 协助完成功能测试、性能测试和可靠性测试。
• 搭建和维护基础测试环境及测试工装。
• 记录测试过程和测试结果，确保数据准确完整。
• 协助排查测试过程中发现的问题并跟踪整改情况。

数据处理与分析

• 负责测试数据收集、整理和归档。
• 使用Excel等工具进行数据分析和结果统计。
• 生成测试结果图表和分析报告。
• 协助工程师发现异常趋势并整理分析结论。
• 建立和维护测试数据库及测试记录。

测试项目搭建

• 协助搭建简单测试项目和实验验证平台。
• 连接测试设备、传感器及数据采集系统。
• 协助进行测试设备调试和维护。
• 支持实验室设备管理及测试资源管理。
• 撰写测试指导文件和操作说明。

工程文档与报告支持

• 整理测试报告及验证记录。
• 维护测试相关技术文件和项目资料。
• 协助编制测试总结报告。
• 支持产品认证和质量体系相关文档准备工作。

AI工具与效率提升

• 运用AI工具协助数据分析和测试报告整理。
• 探索自动化测试和数据处理工具应用。
• 协助优化测试流程和工作效率。

任职要求 基本要求

• 硕士在读。
• 每周可保证4天及以上出勤。
• 实习期不少于4个月。

• 具备良好的问题分析能力和学习能力。
• 做事认真细致，关注数据准确性。

协作能力

• 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
• 能够与工程师、产品经理及质量团队有效协作。
