Territory Sales Manager

 Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.

 Schedule and conduct customer engagements through in-person visits and phone calls,

aligning with management goals.

 Build and sustain robust relationships with key contacts within the customer base across the

assigned territory.

 Train customer personnel on all aspects of IRMN features and functions, ensuring optimal

utilization.

 Keep customers up to date on product offerings and programs.

 Analyze customer parts usage reports to drive additional sales and inform product offerings.

 Collect competitive literature and promotional materials with customer consent, maintaining

awareness of market dynamics.

 Relay information on competitive market activities to the sales team, customer service, and

management, fostering a responsive strategy.

 Document sales visits, outcomes, and follow-up actions in Salesforce or any designated CRM,

ensuring accuracy and relevance of contact information.

 Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams to address issues or leverage

sales opportunities, demonstrating proactive engagement.

 Exercise prudent judgment in entertainment and expense management, upholding fiscal

responsibility. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

 A college degree or at least 5-8 years of sales experience in the industrial equipment industry.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Products, with essential computer skills. 

 Must be capable of making public presentations and have excellent interpersonal and

communication abilities.

 Strong time management and organizational skills.
