School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) up to $70/hr

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | South Holland, Illinois | $60–$70/Hour

Your work as a BCBA can directly shape how students learn, how staff respond to challenging behaviors, and how effectively behavioral support plans are carried out. In this role, you’ll support multiple school programs, guide behavioral interventions, analyze student data, and help school teams put effective strategies into practice.

What You’ll Do

• Support the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Conduct fidelity checks and identify gaps in implementation
• Review behavioral data and recommend evidence-based interventions
• Train and coach school staff on behavioral strategies
• Support and supervise RBTs and Behavior Team Members as needed
• Consult with teachers regarding student behavioral needs
• Collaborate with administrators and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide behavioral consultation across assigned school programs

What You Need

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• School-based experience is required
• Hands-on experience with BIPs, behavioral interventions, and behavioral data collection
• Experience training, coaching, or supporting staff on behavioral strategies
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
