Description
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field required.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive banking, credit administration, special assets, loan review, commercial credit, or risk management experience.

Tasks Performed:
Asset Quality Administration & Portfolio Monitoring (25%)
- Administer criticized, classified, watch list, and non-performing asset monitoring processes.
- Owns Asset Quality meetings, while improving the flow and quality of information presented.
- Monitor portfolio migration trends and emerging risk indicators.
- Administer non-accrual, charge-off, and high-risk loan identification processes.
- Develop and maintain asset quality forecasting models.
- Partner with Relationship Managers and Credit teams on the management and oversight of asset quality.
- Support annual planning and budgeting through portfolio forecasts.
Reporting, Analytics & Committee Administration (25%)
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc asset quality reports and dashboards.
- Develop portfolio analytics related to criticized assets, recoveries, charge-offs, and concentrations.
- Coordinate Asset Quality Committee meetings and track action items.
- Prepare executive, audit, regulatory, and Board-related reporting packages.
- Maintain reporting accuracy, data integrity, and process documentation.
- Provide recommendations based on portfolio performance trends.
Workout, Loan Sale & ORE Administration (25%)
- Support workout administration and tracking of resolution strategies.
- Coordinate transfer documentation and portfolio disposition activities.
- Develop & administer the loan sale process from information gathering through closing.
- Maintain approved vendor relationships and due diligence documentation.
- Monitor ORE activities, foreclosures, property transfers, and disposition efforts.
- Improve process & procedures as it relates to the Commercial and Business Banking Workout portfolio.
- Ensure controls and documentation requirements are maintained.
Strategic Projects, Process Improvement & Systems Support (10%)
- Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
- Support implementation and enhancement of credit administration systems including nCino.
- Identify automation opportunities and leverage technology tools to improve workflows.
- Participate in special projects, portfolio studies, migration analyses, and stress testing activities.
Due Diligence & Portfolio Review Support (10%)
- Participate in merger, acquisition, and portfolio due diligence reviews.
- Gather and analyze credit, collateral, operational, and risk data.
- Identify elevated risk relationships, concentrations, and integration concerns.
- Prepare line sheets, summaries, and risk assessments for leadership review.
- Support post-acquisition portfolio integration and monitoring activities.
Other Duties as Assigned (5%)
- Perform additional responsibilities and special projects in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
Physical Requirements
