Summary

We are seeking an experienced senior technical individual contributor to own and drive the Document Management Systems portfolio within the Oracle Center of Excellence Shared Services organization, supporting global business operations from Bangalore. This role requires hands-on technical depth across OpenText Captiva, e-Signature platforms (Adobe Sign and DocuSign), and Lotus Notes, along with the ability to partner closely with business stakeholders, architecture teams, and vendors without direct people-management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical resource and escalation point for OpenText Captiva, including capture workflow configuration, batch processing, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Design and maintain batch classes, document classification, and extraction/validation rules across Captiva modules (Capture, InputAccel).
  • Support integration between Captiva and downstream repositories (e.g., Oracle WebCenter, Documentum).
  • Develop and maintain custom scripting for business rules within Captiva workflows.
  • Support version upgrades, patching, and environment troubleshooting.
• Own administration, configuration, and support of e-Signature platforms (Adobe Sign and DocuSign), including workflow/template management, integrations, and issue resolution.
  • Configure and support integrations with Malbek, Salesforce, and Workday, along with other enterprise systems requiring signature-triggered workflows.
  • Build and maintain custom API integrations using DocuSign and Adobe Sign SDKs/REST APIs for automated document routing and signature workflows.
  • Design workflow/template routing rules, bulk send configuration, and SSO/authentication integration.
  • Configure audit trail and reporting for compliance requirements.
• Provide technical support and administration for Lotus Notes applications, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of any migration/modernization efforts off the platform.
  • Support Domino server administration and Notes application/database maintenance (ACLs, replication, agents).
  • Contribute to migration planning and execution for moving legacy Notes applications to modern platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Power Platform).
• Own day-to-day operational support, enhancements, and administration of enterprise Document Management Systems supporting global business functions.
• Drive application lifecycle management, including roadmap input, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives for owned platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architecture teams, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Support and help govern annual operating budget and CapEx project execution in collaboration with IT leadership.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, SLA compliance, and incident trends; lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support global service delivery across multiple time zones, ensuring platform availability and uninterrupted operations.
• Design and deliver automation initiatives using RPA, Microsoft Power Automate, and Python to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead proactive support strategies to improve issue resolution timelines and reduce operational risk.
• Contribute technical and functional expertise to enterprise projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and quality delivery.
• Support modernization initiatives for legacy business applications while maintaining operational stability.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for production incidents and enhancement requests.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive IT experience, including enterprise application support and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText Captiva, including batch class design, document classification/extraction rules, and integration with downstream ECM repositories (e.g., Oracle WebCenter, Documentum).
• Hands-on experience administering Adobe Sign and DocuSign, including workflow/template design, routing rules, and SSO/authentication integration.
• Experience building custom API integrations using DocuSign/Adobe Sign SDKs or REST APIs, including integrations with Malbek, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Working technical knowledge of Lotus Notes, including Domino server administration and Notes application/database maintenance (ACLs, replication, agents).
• Working knowledge of ITIL service management practices (incident, problem, release management).
• Experience with workflow automation tools (RPA, Microsoft Power Automate, Python) a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across global, multi-region teams.
• Experience contributing to or managing project budgets and vendor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting global shared-services or Center of Excellence models.
• Experience with Lotus Notes-to-modern-platform migration efforts.
• Exposure to business continuity planning and regulatory compliance within enterprise application environments.
