Graduate Trainee Program - 2-Year International Journey

We are looking for candidates for these positions:

Logistic Engineer

At the end of your 2-year journey your landing position will be a Logistic Engineer. You will be able to

• As a member of the project team, coordinate Supply Chain checklist activities for new projects and ensure compliance with project milestones

• Ensure the application of Supply Chain standards in ongoing projects and escalate any deviations when necessary

• Monitor Supply Chain KPIs related to the project (CSR, inventory levels, transport costs)

• Identify and manage risks of obsolescence caused by changes during the new project introduction phase

• Support smooth project industrialization by coordinating logistics activities with internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure timely readiness of logistics flows, packaging, transport, and inventory setup for new product launches

LET´S TALK ABOUT YOU:

• EU citizen or possibility to travel and work internationally (EU) without VISA

• Master Degree from a Technical university - max. up to 2 years after graduation

• Short experience abroad - working or study

• Previous short working experience during / after studies

• Above average study results (ideally 2.0 score and lower)

• High level of enthusiasm and motivation and able to take input from others

• Ability to communicate complex technical issues in English to different audiences in both written and verbal forms, e.g. reports, specifications, presentations

• Fluent Czech language is required

• Driven from within and is capable of autonomous decision making

• Good team player ableness to work within a multinational team environment & assertiveness
