- A valid NYS PCA or HHA Certification REQUIRED
- Availability to work in Northport, NY
- Availability to work weekdays or weekends, 8am-8pm
- Reliable transportation

Your Role as a Caregiver:
- Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
- Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
- Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
