Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Reception Services in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while monitoring access, observing activity, and supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front desk policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and access-related records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarms, cameras, and/or communication systems, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, assist with directions and general inquiries, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
