Description
Summary:
Support the EMEA Marketing team in executing integrated brand marketing activities across key markets. The role has a strong focus on social media, influencer marketing, and product seeding programs, while also supporting PR, events, and day-to-day marketing coordination to strengthen brand awareness and drive commercial growth.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across key markets.
- Manages social media content calendars, publishing schedules, and community engagement across key channels.
- Monitors social media performance, trends, and audience insights to help optimize content and campaigns.
- Supports influencer and creator seeding initiatives, including campaign coordination, relationship management, and performance tracking.
- Coordinates product requests for media, creators, athletes, and partners.
- Supports PR activities, media requests, and agency coordination across EMEA.
- Assists with events, retail activations, and community marketing initiatives.
- Coordinates marketing assets, campaign materials, and sample management.
- Supports reporting, campaign tracking, and marketing administration.
- Collaborates with regional and global teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent education/experience.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience with a strong passion for social media.
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media best practices.
- Experience analyzing social media performance metrics and developing actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and design tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a love for storytelling and social content creation.
- An interest in outdoor, sports, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Working Conditions & Requirements
- KEEN has a 4-day per week office attendance policy at its EMEA headquarters in Rotterdam, with a lot of flexibility. Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
