Our Civilian team partners with government agencies and social service organizations to ensure program integrity, equitable access, and secure delivery of essential services. Through expertise in government operations and data analytics, we support agencies in fraud detection and prevention, identity verification, risk management, and financial crime compliance.

About the Role

We welcome students who are interested in exploring a career in Product Management. As a Product Management Intern, you will collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts across the VitalChek, Public Safety, and Civilian markets to support innovation and contribute to solutions that serve government agencies and the public.

 

Product Management Interns will work on one to two projects designed to contribute meaningful value to the Product Management team. You will gather information, interview Subject Matter Experts, and analyze data to better understand our products and the challenges faced by the agencies we support. Throughout the internship, you will gain exposure to customer missions and processes while helping enhance product offerings and customer experiences.

• Program Dates: May 24 – July 30, 2027
• Duration: 10 weeks
• Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates should be able to work on-site for the duration of the internship.
• Relocation Assistance: Relocation assistance is not available for this internship.
• Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must be currently enrolled undergraduate students with an expected graduation date of May 2028.

 

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify insights and help demonstrate the value of VitalChek, Public Safety, and Civilian Market Solutions.
• Document and standardize processes used to evaluate product performance and impact.
• Interview Subject Matter Experts and synthesize findings into best-practice documentation and recommendations.
• Support operational clarity and compliance by organizing product documentation, reference materials, and supporting resources.
• Create accessible materials that help communicate product value to government clients, including training and enablement resources.
• Participate in go-to-market activities, including the development of product collateral, presentations, and documentation.
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to support research, process improvement, workflow automation, and product management activities.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final outputs.
  
  

Requirements

• Be a current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, information technology, marketing, math, statistics, or a related field with a graduation date of May 2028.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to user research, data analysis, project management, Agile methodologies, product development concepts, or data visualization tools is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and derive meaningful insights from data.
• Interest in Product Management, technology, customer experience, innovation, or related disciplines.

 

Salary
