About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team and support our customers with a positive, helpful, and professional experience. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in customer service, communication, and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Assist customers with questions related to orders, products, shipping, returns, refunds, and account information.
- Resolve basic customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in internal systems.
- Follow established customer service processes and company guidelines.
- Work closely with other departments to help resolve customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Support the team with other customer service and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated from a college/university.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
