Senior Superintendent - Substructure

ACCIONA in Infrastructure is currently looking for a Senior Superintendent - Substructure for MCRP-02 project located in San Fernando, Pampanga.

• Lead and supervise all substructure construction activities, ensuring compliance with project schedule, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, work procedures, method statements, and inspection test plans prior to execution.
• Manage and coordinate site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones safely and efficiently.
• Identify technical risks and construction constraints, providing timely engineering solutions to avoid delays and cost impacts.
• Liaise with the Client, Consultant, and relevant authorities regarding inspections, approvals, technical queries, and project progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in substructure work (pilecaps, columns, pierheads, portals).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, QA/QC requirements, and HSE standards.
• Willing to work on shift schedules and project site conditions.
• Extensive experience in reinforced concrete substructure works including pile caps, piers, columns, pier heads, portals, and marine-related structures..
