En GREEN IBÉRICA Coslada (Madrid) precisamos incorporar un/a Customer Service, ¿quieres unirte al equipo?

What will your functions be?

• Atención telefónica/mail a clientes y proveedores. Notificación a clientes de todo lo relativo a embarques.
• Confección de documentación, sobre todo de Importación (BL's, certificados, sumarias, listas de carga, manifiestos...).
• Gestión de bookings/órdenes de transporte.
• Comunicación con el Puerto, Terminal y Agencia Tributaria.
• Control de espacios en barcos, fechas de llegada-salidas y transbordos.
• Facturación a clientes.

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Grado Superior en Comercio Internacional y/o Logística y Transporte.
• Experiencia: al menos 2 años realizando las mismas funciones o en puesto similar en el sector.
• Inglés: nivel intermedio/alto (se realizará prueba de idioma). Muy valorable contar con francés.
• Usuario/a avanzado/a de Office.
• Profesional con alta orientación hacia el cliente y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
