Digital Marketing Intern

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing activities, including website management, content publishing, campaign execution, analytics reporting, marketing automation, and AI-powered marketing initiatives.
 

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital technologies and interested in understanding how modern marketing teams leverage data, automation, and artificial intelligence to streamline processes and support the execution of marketing activities.

Job Purpose

Support the digital marketing team's operations. Support the creation and editing of multimedia content to enhance digital marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain AI agents and support AI teams (no code / low code). Collect and verify assets at the end of the campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and verify campaign deliverables and assets upon campaign completion.
• Ensure that all required materials are properly archived and available for reporting, auditing and future reference.
   
• Assist in the creation, configuration and maintenance of AI agents using authorized no-code and low-code platforms.
• Collaborate with business users and AI teams to identify opportunities for process automation and productivity improvements.
   
• Assist in updating and publishing marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Support the creation and editing of video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, webinars and internal communications.
   
• Assist in the production of promotional videos, short-form, tutorials and customer success stories.
• Create and adapt multimedia assets, including video, subtitles and graphic elements.
   
• Back-end support based on open-source framework / CMS (WordPress) for setting up and maintaining landing pages and interactive websites.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Higher education graphics training or equivalent through experience.
• Knowledge of video recording, editing and post-production activities, with familiarity in tools such as Premiere.
• Knowledge and experience of the use of Microsoft Office, HTML and graphic design software: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Familiar with the following development technologies: HTML5, CSS3, React, "AI-assisted web development".
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
