Role description:

Each graduate’s journey is unique, shaped by their chosen specialism and the variety of projects they contribute to. You will build your technical expertise by contributing to meaningful client engagements and project work, whilst business acumen and professional skills will be developed through centrally delivered graduate cohort training. Although there are no formal rotations, graduates are encouraged and supported by their managers to proactively seek opportunities, to broaden their experience and support their development.

As a consultant joining GROW, you’ll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

Working within multidisciplinary teams, you’ll gain exposure to refurbishment and maintenance projects, use digital tools such as BIM and data analytics, and help deliver innovative, sustainable solutions for clients. This role offers hands-on experience, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to creating and maintaining safe, efficient, and future-proof buildings.
