Patient Svcs Rep/Unit Clerk - MedSurg, Days

Overview

This position schedule is 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, 7 am - 7 pm. 

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the RN, Charge Nurse, or Clinical Manager, the Patient Services Concierge performs administrative and customer service responsibilities that support efficient unit operations and promote a welcoming, professional experience for patients, families, visitors, and staff. Many of the duties and responsibilities involve clerical and office duties, similar to a unit clerk.

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Work Experience

• Previous customer service experience Required
• At least one year of customer service experience in healthcare required
• Previous hospital experience Preferred
