Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage health care providers through approved virtual channels, including phone and email.
- Deliver approved product and disease-state information in a compliant manner.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with HCPs through meaningful virtual interactions.
- Promote product awareness by providing relevant educational information and resources.
- Accurately document customer interactions and activities within Salesforce CRM or other designated systems.
Requirements:
- High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related sales
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer record
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Note: Onsite & Night Shift Schedule (9 pm - 6 am)
