The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and executing talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and workforce planning objectives. This role oversees high-performing recruitment teams, partners closely with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures the timely delivery of qualified talent across multiple business units and locations. The position plays a critical role in forecasting hiring needs, optimizing recruitment performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve hiring goals while maintaining a positive candidate experience.Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition teams to achieve recruitment goals and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing recruitment discussions and talent strategy alignment.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for high-volume and specialized hiring requirements.
- Forecast hiring demand and workforce needs based on business growth, attrition trends, and operational requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, productivity, SLA compliance, and hiring performance to ensure target achievement.
- Ensure all talent requirements are fulfilled within established timelines and quality standards.
- Drive recruitment process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment budgets, resource allocation, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Partner with HR, Operations, Workforce Management, and other departments to support organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and recruitment best practices.
- Present hiring performance, market trends, and talent insights to senior leadership and clients.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
- B2 English Level or above, Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing recruitment teams.
- Proven experience in high-volume/mass hiring environments.
- Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Experience in workforce planning and recruitment forecasting.
- Shared Services, BPO, Contact Center or multinational environment experience preferred.
