From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.

Your New Role

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of Warner Bros. Discovery Spain’s theatrical releases and coordinating the non-theatrical exhibition business. Working across multiple teams and external partners, this role helps ensure film content, marketing assets and operational activities are delivered efficiently, while providing excellent service to customers and exhibitors.

If you enjoy coordinating complex projects, building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to the success of major film releases, we would love to hear from you.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Coordinate the operational delivery of all theatrical releases across Spain, including release schedules, operational timelines and day-to-day distribution activities.

  • Coordinate DCP logistics, digital content deliveries, satellite distribution and KDM requests, working closely with exhibitors, laboratories and technical service providers.

  • Coordinate warehouse operations, print inventory, asset management and the distribution of marketing and promotional materials to exhibitors and partners.

  • Coordinate press screenings, premieres, trade screenings and special events, ensuring all operational requirements are met.

  • Maintain accurate release information across corporate systems, including MACCS, SAP, WB360, IDA and Dash, while supporting reporting and administrative activities.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the non-theatrical exhibition business, including bookings, screening logistics, content delivery, operational documentation, invoicing support and revenue tracking.

  • Act as a central operational contact across Sales, Marketing, Publicity, Finance, Legal and Technical Operations teams, identifying operational issues, supporting process improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies and distribution guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Customer service-focused approach with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

  • High level of accountability, reliability and ownership of responsibilities.

  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

  • Previous experience working in the film industry is preferred.

How We Get Things Done…

This last bit is probably the most important! Here at WBD, our guiding principles are the core values by which we operate and are central to how we get things done. You can find them at www.wbd.com/guiding-principles/ along with some insights from the team on what they mean and how they show up in their day to day. We hope they resonate with you and look forward to discussing them during your interview.
