HOURLY RATE: $21.43
FULL/PART-TIME HOURS

  • Full-Time Hours 4-5 shifts per week
  • Part-Time Hours 2-3 shifts per week

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Store Supervisor, Retail is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the retail store while delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales performance. This role provides leadership and support to Sales Associates, ensuring high standards of customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Retail leadership team, the Store Supervisor helps foster a positive, engaged team culture while maintaining a well-organized and guest-focused retail environment.

  • Lead and support the day-to-day operation of the retail store, ensuring exceptional guest service, strong sales results, and efficient store performance.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and recognize Sales Associates to promote product knowledge, service excellence, and achievement of departmental goals.
  • Oversee daily store activities including sales transactions, cash handling, merchandising, inventory management, and opening and closing procedures.
  • Act as a resource for team members and the primary escalation point for guest questions and concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Support employee onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation, inventory controls, and store standards are maintained to enhance the guest shopping experience.
  • Monitor labour, expenses, and operational resources to support budget targets and maximize store efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe, productive, and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Foster a positive team culture through communication, engagement, recognition, and collaboration to achieve department objectives.
  • Support recruitment activities, including participating in the selection and onboarding of frontline team members.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Previous supervisory, retail leadership, or team lead experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience with cash handling, point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and retail operations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail operating systems is considered an asset.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
