We’re looking for a Bartender to join our team at The Aubrey.

As a Bartender at The Aubrey, we expect from you:

• You will deliver the highest standards of hospitality and service 
• You will be exposed to Japanese cuisine and food & drink pairings 
• You will engage with our guests, get to know our regulars and deliver memorable and enchanting experience
• You will work behind the bar and serve on the floor. This is a fast-paced environment that suits friendly and outgoing personalities.

As a Bartender, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary but are mainly evening or late night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Bartender candidate, you will have previous Bar experience in a high standard hospitality establishment with in-depth knowledge on cocktails, wines, and sake.
