Requirements

• Graduation from a state-certified Advanced Practice Program.
• Unrestricted license to practice as an APRN or PA.
• Unrestricted DEA registration and State-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
• Registration with the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP).
