As the Financial Fiduciary, you will protect vulnerable adults from financial fraud and use your skills in taxes and accounting for the greater good. You will work closely with the assigned field fiduciaries regarding the finances, assets, and taxes of Wards, Protected Persons, and Estates.

We Require
- Fiduciary license in good standing with the Arizona Supreme Court
- Two years of responsible guardianship, conservatorship, decedent estate, or related fiduciary or probate experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Other Requirements
Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license or have the ability to obtain one by the time of hire
We Also Value
- Post-secondary education with a specialization in Public or Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or another closely related field
- Experience managing caseloads that pertain to meeting the personal or financial needs of clients
- National Certified Guardian with the Center of Guardianship Certification
Job Contributions
- Represent the office at financial institutions, and collects statements and funds, and close accounts when necessary
- Complete tax reviews for all estates annually and as needed throughout the year
- Review, process, and audit a variety of financial documents
- Prepare petitions for compensation for all estates annually and as needed throughout the year
- Act as the subject matter expert on the required supporting documentation for and tracking of any and all assets administered by the department.
- Prepare and file court documents, including, but not limited to, inventories, accountings, notices, and miscellaneous documents specific to individual case estate needs.
- Completes mandatory reports and audits to ensure the department maintains active compliance with laws, rules, codes, orders, and department policies
- Administer guardianships, conservatorships, and decedents' estates or perform other fiduciary duties as needed
- Coordinate, monitor, and oversee the Ward, Protected Person, or Estate affairs
Working Conditions
Interacts with the public and persons of varying degrees of mental stability, and occasionally in hostile situations
Enter residences where biohazardous material, pest, or rodent infestations may be present
Must have the ability to work on-call nights and weekends on a rotating schedule
