What You'll Do

- Serve as the on-site point person for all administrative needs related to scheduled meetings and activities, including but not limited to attendee check-in, greeting, payment collection, and overall event support.
- Coordinate IT and audiovisual (AV) needs for meetings and events; troubleshoot basic technical issues as they arise and escalate to appropriate vendors or support staff when necessary.
- Support the full event lifecycle from setup through breakdown, including room configuration, signage, supply preparation, and post-event teardown as needed.
- Attend weekly, monthly, or seasonal staff meetings as requested by the Lifestyle Manager.
