Join us for an exciting Janitorial Hiring Event designed to connect motivated individuals with rewarding cleaning and custodial opportunities! We’re seeking energetic, detail-oriented candidates who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments. Whether you have prior janitorial experience or are new to the field, we welcome your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence!
Full-time positions, multiple shifts open.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning duties across commercial, residential, or industrial facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers to ensure high-quality results
- Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocol adherence
- Conduct manual handling tasks like heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment while practicing safe lifting practices
- Maintain cleanliness standards by adhering to sanitation guidelines and facility maintenance protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently during cleaning assignments
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and chemical handling safety procedures is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while following safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards and facility upkeep
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
- Experience with facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is advantageous
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
