The OpportunityAs a Tax CPA Associate, you will engage in delivering tailored tax services to help clients navigate the complexities of the global tax landscape. Within our Tax practice, you will be part of a team that optimizes tax strategies, minimizes risks, and seizes opportunities, driving compliance while enhancing the bottom line. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC, you will participate in project tasks, engage in research, and develop basic skills and knowledge. Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns to meet compliance requirements
- Supporting the development of tax strategies to optimize tax positions and minimize risks
- Conducting tax research and analysis to provide insights on domestic and international tax matters
- Collaborating with teams to deliver tailored tax consulting services for diverse industries
- Engaging in multistate tax compliance and reporting to address jurisdictional tax obligations
- Participating in the preparation of tax provisions and modeling to support financial reporting
- Contributing to the preparation of partnership tax returns and related documentation
- Assisting in the development of tax structures and planning for international tax planning initiatives
- Utilizing data analytics to enhance tax compliance and reporting processes
- Supporting regulatory compliance consulting to navigate complex tax regulations
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
