Description
Das bist du:
Are you the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you enjoy turning a busy schedule into a clear plan, picking up the phone with confidence and making sure every customer feels well looked after?
That's how you can be described:
- organised and structured
- communicative and reliable
- a true team player
As Sales Assistant for Italy, you are the coordinating force behind our field sales colleague. You keep their calendar full, their routes efficient and their pipeline well-prepared – so they can focus on what they do best: closing deals with hotels on site. You are the central interface between our office in Kempten, our customers in Italy and our Sales Manager on the road.
Deine Aufgaben:
- You support our Italian Sales Manager, in part time up to 20h,in all coordinative and administrative matters – from appointment scheduling to follow-ups.
- You make the first contact with potential customers in the Italian market on the phone and create qualified appointments for the field sales team.
- You plan appointments and travel routes economically, time-saving and with foresight, so our Sales Manager is on the road efficiently.
- You prepare customer meetings (briefings, background research, documents) and take care of structured follow-ups afterwards.
- You research missing data, qualify leads and keep our CRM system clean and up to date.
- You act as the central point of contact for our Italian customers when the field sales colleague is on the road or in appointments.
- You support the team with smaller sales projects, mailings and recurring back-office tasks working togehter with the team in the headquarter in the South of Germany.
Das bringst du mit:
- You enjoy talking on the phone and find the right tone for every conversation partner – also at the first cold contact.
- You are fluent in written and spoken Italian and English (German is a plus).
- You have a structured, reliable and proactive way of working – you keep track of things even when several topics are running in parallel.
- You enjoy organising and supporting others and see yourself as a team player rather than a lone hunter.
- You are confident with digital tools (CRM, MS Office, ideally first experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Close or similar).
- Your friendly, positive nature is contagious – and a "no" on the phone does not throw you off course.
- First experience in sales support, inside sales, back-office or customer service is a plus, but not a must.
Das bieten wir:
- Security & attractive compensation – a permanent employment contract and a fair overall package
- 100% remote work – work nearly entirely location-independent
- Personal development – structured onboarding and continuous training from day one
- A culture at eye level – flat hierarchies, a first-name culture and an environment where having a say is not just welcome, but actively lived
- Purpose & room to grow – meaningful responsibilities in a product that creates real value for the hospitality industry
- A team that sticks together – regular team events and a appreciative work environment that makes work truly enjoyable
