Responsibilities

• Contribute to content strategies and guidelines for leading FMCG brands across digital commerce channels (E-retail, Marketplaces, Brand.com, Social, Paid Media).
• Support the design of global content frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks that multiple markets can use.
• Own the category research and competitive benchmarking that underpins the team’s recommendations.
• Translate data, research, and insights into clear, compelling, client-ready deliverables.
• Work across commerce, content, and media to help drive stronger brand performance.
• Collaborate with Client Service, Creative, UX, Research, and other cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
• Track consumer and category trends, proactively proposing new e-commerce solutions.
• Present your work to internal teams and contribute to client presentations with confidence and clarity.

Requirements

• Early experience in a strategy, e-commerce, digital or content role — internships and placements count (agency experience a plus).
• A good working knowledge of e-commerce and digital ecosystems, and genuine interest in how content, brand, and communication drive performance.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking, able to generate fresh ideas while grounding recommendations in data, evidence, and strategic logic.
• Clear communicator who enjoys presenting; comfortable speaking up in client meetings.
• Proficiency in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using AI tools in everyday strategy work - for research, content testing, and building deliverables.
• Curiosity, openness to learn, and eagerness to bring fresh perspectives.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Good time management and independent work-planning.
