Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be one of the first touchpoints for our prospective customers. Your work will directly influence the success of our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high‑potential leads.
This is an ideal role for someone who is hungry to grow in SaaS sales and wants to build a long‑term career in a supportive, ambitious environment.
Your Tasks
- Research andidentifypotential customer accounts in our target markets
- Launch outboundsequencesandengageprospectsthrough email, LinkedIn, calls, and video
- Lead first conversations to understand business challengesandassess fit
- Qualify leads and hand over strong opportunities to our Sales team
- Book high quality meetings anddemosforAccount Executives
- Maintain an organizedandaccessible sales pipeline in our CRM
- Collaboratewith Marketing and Product to refineour messaging
- Stayinformedaboutindustry trends, competitorofferings, and customer pain points
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, customer-facing, or commercial roles
- Previous quota-carrying or target-based experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video meetings
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar) is an advantage

- Experience in SaaS, technology, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC etc.
- Experience working with sales engagement tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
