Job Description Summary
The Technology Consultant serves as a trusted technology advisor, helping AECO organizations leverage cutting-edge design and collaboration technologies to improve their project delivery processes. This role delivers comprehensive training programs, product demonstrations, implementation services, and ongoing technical support across ARKANCE's full portfolio of Autodesk solutions. Time allocation: 65–80% billable, 10–25% pre-sales, 5–10% overhead.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Delivers comprehensive training programs, consulting services, and implementation support for Autodesk products and ARKANCE solutions across the AECO portfolio
• Provides ongoing technical support to customers; ensures successful adoption and utilization of technology solutions
• Conducts customized technical demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs and workflows
• Mentors and guides customers through complex technical challenges and workflow optimization
• Partners with Sales to deliver product demonstrations that drive revenue; supports trade show and industry event activities
• Follows up with technical leads to answer complex technical questions; contributes to ARKANCE and Autodesk revenue objectives
• Completes weekly digital timesheets; participates in continuous learning to maintain cutting-edge expertise
Qualifications
• Expert-level proficiency in the Autodesk family of products and ARKANCE-supported solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of AEC&O industry workflows, design and delivery processes, and BIM collaboration technology
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; strong organizational and time management ability
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
