Job Summary**
We are seeking an innovative and experienced IND Platform & Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI platforms and intelligent agentic systems. This role will be instrumental in leveraging AI to enhance our products and services, driving innovation, and solving complex business challenges.
Job Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust AI platforms for data ingestion, processing, model training, and deployment.
* Architect and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making, learning, and interaction within dynamic environments.
* Develop and integrate AI/ML models into various applications and services, ensuring high performance and reliability.
* Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Implement best practices for MLOps, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and model monitoring.
* Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to optimize platform capabilities.
* Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical considerations of AI solutions are addressed throughout the development lifecycle.
* Document technical designs, architectures, and processes for internal and external stakeholders.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in designing, developing, and deploying AI platforms and intelligent systems.
* Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
* Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
* Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and natural language processing.
* Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
* Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Data Version Control).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
