Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals to departments across the Roswell Park campus. Maintains accurate inventory records and ensures proper stock rotation to support product quality and patient safety. Identifies and removes expired or outdated items, assists with inventory control activities, and follows departmental procedures and Joint Commission standards. Provides timely and reliable delivery services while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.What You'll Do
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
Store materials, supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals according to established procedures.
Deliver products to departments throughout the Roswell Park campus in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory control duties.
Rotate stock using first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices.
Monitor inventory for expired or obsolete items and remove them as required.
Ensure compliance with departmental policies, regulatory requirements, and Joint Commission standards.
Support patient safety initiatives through proper handling and management of supplies and pharmaceuticals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage and distribution environment.

Starting hourly rate is $19.55
Qualifications:
Required Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in receiving, storeroom, warehouse, or a related field.
NOTE:
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
