Gallagher, one of the world’s largest insurance brokerages, is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Team Leader to join our Dublin office. With over 100 years of combined insurance expertise in Ireland, we provide tailored insurance solutions to protect what matters most to our customers. How you'll make an impact

As a Personal Lines Sales Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of your team and office.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting the team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
• Providing day-to-day coaching, guidance, and motivation to maintain high productivity and service standards.
• Leading regular team meetings to communicate targets, share updates, and foster collaboration.
• Acting as the first point of escalation for team challenges and resolving complex customer queries.
• Driving sales and retention targets while ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Managing daily workflows, resource allocation, and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Supporting the onboarding, training, and development of team members to help them thrive in their roles.
• Ensuring compliance with Gallagher’s policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

About you

We’re looking for a candidate with:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a team leader in Personal Lines or a similar role.
• Qualifications: CIP, Dip CII, or ACII certification.
• Skills: A proven track record of excellent customer service, strong communication, and collaboration skills.
• Leadership: The ability to positively engage with team members, staff, insurers, and clients.
