Role Description

• The role is within the Deutsche Bank Private Bank, Global Marketing team. As a member of the team, you will work closely with content, web design, analytics, regional marketing leads and external agencies to improve the organic visibility and discoverability of our global and regional websites.

• As an SEO Manager, you will support the global head of SEO in strengthening traditional SEO performance while helping to develop the site for AI-led search experiences, including AI Overviews, answer engines and generative search platforms. You will ensure online content is structured, optimised and measured in a way that improves organic reach, search relevance, AI visibility and user engagement across articles, landing pages, metadata, images and video content.

Your key responsibilities

Manage SEO and AI search optimization for a global website (db.wealth.com)

• Optimise existing and new page content within Adobe Experience Manager using SEO, AEO and AI search best practices

• Manage SEO and AI visibility audits set by the global head of SEO to identify opportunities to improve website content performance

• Collaborate with regional SEO leads to ensure alignment with global SEO, content governance and AI optimization priorities

• Implement and maintain SEO schema and structured data through Adobe Experience Manager to support search engines and AI-led discovery

• Coordinate with the development team to implement technical SEO, schema and AI optimization recommendations

• Monitor and resolve issues such as broken links, temporary redirects, crawlability barriers and indexation risks

• Optimise metadata, headings, page summaries, image/video descriptions and answer-led content using keyword, intent and entity analysis

• Create SEO and AI search performance reports covering organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI referrals, search visibility and other relevant KPIs

• Support UAT audits to test new functionality across devices and browsers for bugs, UI inconsistencies, accessibility issues and SEO impact

• Help improve domain authority, topical authority and AI citation potential through content quality, internal linking and backlink activity

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of SEO experience for a global website, with strong understanding of technical, on-page and content-led SEO practices

• Experience using Adobe Experience Manager or similar enterprise content management systems

• Detailed understanding of SEO content principles, including H tags, URL syntax, keyword analysis, meta descriptions, structured data and answer-led content formats

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with content, design, development, analytics and regional marketing teams

• Detail oriented, with the ability to translate data, search trends and AI visibility insights into clear optimisation actions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and organisation skills

• Experience in SEMrush, BrightEdge and similar SEO, content intelligence or AI visibility tools

• Confidence in liaising across business lines, regions and time zones

• Experience in a regulated sector such as financial services or healthcare is preferred

• Exposure to AI search optimisation, AEO or GEO

• Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Listings and emerging AI search performance indicators

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
