Description
Buccellati is an Italian jewellery, high-jewellery and silversmithing Maison founded in 1919, admired in the world for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. Today, the Buccellati jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” of the Renaissance times.
The Maison’s unrelenting desire to create objects of rare beauty has made Buccellati renowned in the world for a style that is distinct, inimitable and imbued with sophisticated Milanese heritage, at once glamourous and contemporary.
The Maison has been part of the global luxury group Richemont since September 2019 and the Buccellati family is still present in the Company to perpetuate its style and unparalleled craftsmanship tradition.
About the Roles
Buccellati is looking for a driven and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to play a key role in our retail transformation programme starting within the Maison.
As part of the Gemini programme, Buccellati is rolling out a new SAP-based platform across our boutiques in Dubai — transforming the way our retail teams operate, serve clients, and manage day-to-day business. This is a hands-on coordination role sitting at the intersection of technology, retail operations, and change management, working alongside cross-functional teams to ensure every Buccellati boutique is ready, equipped, and confident ahead of go-live.
Based in Dubai, you will be embedded within the Buccellati programme team for a fixed term of 12 months, supporting deployment from initial preparation through to hypercare and stabilisation.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end deployment support for the Gemini programme across Buccellati's Dubai boutiques, from preparation through to hypercare
- Coordination of market readiness activities, ensuring Buccellati boutiques meet all operational prerequisites before go-live
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams across IT, Retail Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Training, and local markets to drive successful implementation within the Maison
- Ensuring Buccellati's business processes are aligned with the Group template, identifying and escalating local gaps or Maison-specific requirements
- Tracking of project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, with timely resolution and transparent reporting
- Support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in coordination with Buccellati boutiques, including business validation and defect tracking
- Change management support to drive user adoption across all Buccellati boutique teams
- Coordination of training activities with boutiques and facilitation of new operating procedures and digital solutions
- Monitoring of post go-live performance, collecting business feedback and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives specific to Buccellati's operational needs
Experience
- Background in Project Management, Business Transformation, Retail Operations, or Digital Transformation
- Hands-on experience with SAP is a mandatory requirement — candidates must demonstrate a proven working knowledge of SAP systems, whether in an implementation, deployment, or operational capacity
- Experience supporting SAP rollouts, ERP, POS, or retail system implementations is highly desirable
- Familiarity with luxury retail or omnichannel retail environments is a plus — experience within a luxury Maison or high-end boutique environment particularly welcomed
Skills
- Confident working knowledge of SAP environments and system workflows, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical SAP teams and boutique business users
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic — required
