To shape and contribute to our product architecture and roadmap To grow to be a Senior Integration Consultant Supporting Client Engagement Providing support to the existing and new Integration Consultant s and Customer Integration resources Help all Solution Designs meet Architecture and Customer requirements. Modelling and designing Enterprise grade Integrations with client HCM and payroll systems Presenting to clients, providing proof of fit of UKG Products to client requirements Supporting Product Roadmap Architecture Work with Senior Integration Consultants to help the business to identify opportunities for technology solutions to add value to programmes and project. Help and learn with Senior Integration Consultants to develop logical, conceptual or physical designs. Support the Business Analysts to shape business requirements and optimise Business Processes; Dealing with stakeholders and end users in the software development lifecycle - PMs, BAs, testing etc. Capable of supporting the Senior Integration Consultant in the technical delivery of a project as a team member. Creating architecture documentation for new and existing systems Architecture development tools and techniques and integration are highly advantageous. Evidence of working in team in Solution Design; Innovative thinking and simplification of complex technical challenges is absolutely key; Experience in System Integration would be highly advantageous; Client facing and management experience is key to the role; Previous experience in supporting sales would be desirable.
