Position: Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Shifts Available: AM, PM & NOC
Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour
Schedule: 4 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotation
Location: Tice Valley Post Acute | Walnut Creek, CA

Primary Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's individualized care plan
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Assist residents with meals while promoting proper nutrition and hydration
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Accurately document care provided and follow all facility policies and procedures
Promote resident dignity, privacy, safety, and independence at all times
Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
Strong teamwork and time-management skills
Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required
