About Your Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
- System Design and Policy Formulation: Based on company strategy and market trends, lead the design and optimization of the compensation system, formulate compensation policies, systems, and incentive programs to ensure a reasonable, fair, and competitive compensation structure that meets the needs of talent attraction and retention.
- Budget and Cost Control: Develop the annual labor cost budget, monitor daily compensation and benefits expenses, analyze cost data, and propose optimization suggestions. Track budget execution to ensure labor costs are reasonably controlled and resource utilization efficiency is improved.
- Incentive Program Implementation: Design and implement compensation incentive programs such as performance bonuses and long-term incentives. Align incentive criteria with business goals, evaluate the effectiveness of the programs, and adjust and optimize based on feedback to motivate employees and enhance team performance.
- Data Analysis and Decision Support: Establish a compensation indicator system, analyze data on labor costs and compensation competitiveness, and produce analytical reports. Provide decision-making recommendations to management on compensation adjustments and incentive strategies based on industry benchmarks and policy changes, to promote the upgrading of human resource management.
- System and Process Optimization: Participate in the development of compensation and benefits systems, optimize payroll calculation and distribution processes to ensure system functionality meets business needs. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve process issues and improve the standardization and efficiency of compensation management.
About You
We're looking for a current student graduating in 2026/2027. You'll fit right in if you:
• Have a genuine willingness to learn, pick up new knowledge quickly, and aren't afraid to ask questions
• Are comfortable working with numbers and data, with solid Excel skills
• Are detail-oriented, take pride in getting things right, and communicate clearly
• Can work well both independently and in a team, building relationships easily
• Are curious about how compensation and benefits drive people strategy — previous experience in C&B is required
