Job Description
Responsible for driving sales incentive excellence, forecasting accuracy, and commercial performance insights across GLE (Gulf, Libya, Egypt) and KSA reporting to SFE and business insights lead. The role ensures effective execution of incentive programs, robust forecasting processes, and data-driven decision making through strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Management
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Sales Incentive Plans across GLE and KSA.
- Manage end-to-end SIP operations, including target setting, incentive calculations, validation, and payouts.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, governance standards, and audit requirements.
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, and HR teams to align incentives with business priorities and desired sales behaviors.
- Communicate incentive performance and outcomes to stakeholders.
Forecasting & Business Planning
- Lead sales forecasting processes across markets and business units.
- Coordinate Quarterly/Semesterly forecast cycles and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify business risks, opportunities, and key assumptions.
- Support strategic planning, financial forecasting, inventory management, and resource allocation through scenario planning and business recommendations.
Commercial Performance & Analytics
- Deliver performance analysis and actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor sales trends, forecast performance, incentive effectiveness, and key commercial KPIs.
- Develop dashboards, business reviews, and performance reports for leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities, risks, and improvement actions to enhance commercial outcomes.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or Finance roles.
- Experience in forecasting, incentive management, sales analysis, or business planning is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Power BI, data visualization, and data analytics skills preferred.
- Experience with incentive management and commercial reporting processes is an advantage.
