Job Summary:
Manages and develops assigned key customer accounts by serving as a trusted partner and advocate. Supports account growth through proactive engagement, strategic collaboration, and sales solutions that align with customer needs. Coordinates internally to ensure accurate order fulfillment, service delivery, and issue resolution. Applies working knowledge of products and construction industry solutions to strengthen customer retention and account performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary liason for assigned key accounts, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Supports account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling expanding the network of relationships, and partnering with customers early to understand short and long-term business needs.
Coordinates with internal teams to support accurate procurement, delivery, service, and billing for customers.
Tracks and reports on account performance metrics, and identifies additional partnership opportunities.
Acts as a customer advocate by resolving service or delivery issues and communicating updates and recommendations.
Applies product knowledge and construction‑industry expertise to offer practical, innovative solutions.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles required.
2-3+ years of construction supply and rental equipment industry knowledge preferred.
Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
