Role description:

Senior Project & Program Management SME providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and delivery assurance across complex Data Center and mission-critical programs. Combines deep data center delivery knowledge with strong expertise in project and program management, governance, stakeholder management, project controls oversight, and operational readiness to drive predictable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and performance.

Role accountabilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership for Data Center and mission-critical projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the successful delivery of complex projects and programs by ensuring effective governance, controls, and delivery assurance.
• Advise clients and project teams on data center delivery, including resiliency, redundancy, commissioning, operational readiness, and constructability.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, governance frameworks, and integrated delivery plans.
• Manage program-level dependencies, risks, interfaces, milestones, and stakeholder alignment across multiple projects.
• Oversee project controls functions, including planning, scheduling, risk management, change control, cost performance, and reporting.
• Establish meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Facilitate governance reviews, workshops, lessons learned sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to business growth by supporting proposals, developing methodologies and standards, mentoring team members, and strengthening Data Center PPM capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Significant experience in project and/or program management within construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex Data Center, Hyperscale, Mission-Critical, or similar technical projects.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Expertise in project controls, including scheduling, risk management, change control, performance monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working across multiple projects, programs, regions, and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and delivery performance.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline, preferably with PMP, PRINCE2, APM, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting hyperscale or global technology clients, with knowledge of data center commissioning, operational readiness, and digital project delivery tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, Smartsheet, or ACC/BIM 360.
