Field Manager - Penrith, Blue Mountains & Parramatta

The Field Manager is critical to ensuring excellence in store performance across the 7-Eleven network. Directly accountable for the performance of between 10 – 14 stores around Regional NSW - including areas such as Penrith, Blue Mountains & Parramatta

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — someone energised by daily interaction with like-minded, driven individuals. You’ll get a real buzz from empowering others to reach their full potential, while also setting and maintaining high standards for in‑store excellence and customer service.

What’s in your toolkit?

• Demonstrated experience and background in delivering solutions within a retail environment

• An experienced retail leader who will use that experience to coach and mentor Store Leaders to execute on our customer ambition.

• A strong set of skills that allows you to be a high performance coach and builder of capability in your people

• Passionate about retail excellence and customer experience, fostering enthusiasm amongst the team and stores to bring our vision to life

• An strong critical thinker with the ability to understand, analyze, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and issues

• Leader of a high-performance and psychologically safe environment, actively involved in people development and my team's learning and growth
