Description
As an Inventory Technician, you'll order, receive and maintain workplace inventory. In this role, you'll create a clean and efficient environment through frequent communication with vendors to ensure product deliveries.
About the role
Manage inventory of all kitchen and office supplies
Stock copy centers, kitchens and various other locations with supplies
Create purchase orders and approve invoices
Fulfill general team member, business and physical environment needs and requests
Organize and maintain general storage rooms
Build relationships with vendors and clients
Forecast supply needs
Perform regularly scheduled inventory counts and audits
Verify accuracy of incoming inventory
Work on various projects to support the needs of our team members
Regularly utilize inventory management and procurement programs
About you
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, shipping and receiving, distribution, purchasing or a related field
Experience using inventory management programs
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Ability to push and maneuver heavy carts
