Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our Service Division at Corvant. This role is pivotal in driving the company's sales objectives and expanding our market presence. The Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying potential clients, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. By leveraging in-depth industry knowledge and superior communication skills, the Sales Executive will align our services with the needs of our clients, fostering long-term partnerships and business grow

RESPONSIBILITIES (list is not inclusive):

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the service industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to craft compelling proposals that offer mutual value.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to adapt and refine sales approaches.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and stakeholders, clearly articulating the value of our services.
• Foster strategic partnerships to broaden the business network and enhance market penetration.
• Monitor and report on sales activity, ensuring timely progress and addressing challenges as they arise.
• Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the service sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, equipment, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Strategic problem-solving abilities with a focus on developing win-win solutions.
• Proficient in using standard office software for communication, data analysis, and presentations.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and secure new business.

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field strongly preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.

Physical Requirements:

• The role requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to communicate clearly both in person and via telephone.
• Manual dexterity for operating computers and other office equipment.
• Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
