Job Description

P&G is hiring Senior Account Executives to translate customer and consumer insights into strategies that deliver business growth. 
 
We are looking for experienced sales professionals who bring 1-5 years of expertise in selling with a strong track record of delivering results. In this role, you will work with retail customers and internal teams to develop joint business plans. You will use consumer, customer, and market data to identify opportunities and shape strategies across distribution, pricing, shelving, merchandising, and promotion. 

What You Will Own

• Develop customer and category strategies that support shared growth and strengthen P&G's selling advantage.

• Identify business opportunities by translating consumer, customer, category, and financial data into action.

• Lead commercial strategies across distribution, pricing, shelving, merchandising, and promotion based on the needs of the business.

• Partner across functions to establish priorities, address business challenges, and move plans forward.

Job Qualifications

• Have a BA/BS from an accredited university.

• Have 1-5 years of relevant sales or customer business development experience.

• Have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel on the job.

• Be willing to immediately relocate.

• Be willing to relocate throughout your career.

• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: What Will Help You Succeed

Successful Senior Account Executives may have experience:

• Developing and executing joint business plans.

• Managing customer or account relationships.

• Using consumer, customer, category, or financial data to identify business opportunities.

• Managing trade funds or making data-informed promotion decisions.

• Influencing distribution, pricing, shelving, merchandising, or category strategies.

• Building alignment across multi-functional teams.

• Managing people or helpnig improve team performance.
