Role summary:The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product availability and flow. This role drives sales and inventory performance through strategic forecasting, vendor collaboration, and data-driven root cause analysis. The position ensures alignment of inventory with business goals by managing purchase orders, addressing disruptions, and improving inventory health metrics. The manager fosters cross-functional partnerships, oversees team development, and implements process improvements to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with company standards and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

What you'll do:
- Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
- Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular timing and promotional demands.
- Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory health issues.
- Oversee inventory product flow, ensuring timely product movement and effective allocation decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally to position inventory strategically at the right time and cost.
- Provide leadership by setting performance standards, mentoring team members, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Monitor key metrics and respond proactively to supply disruptions and inventory imbalances.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
