The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product availability and flow. Our team delivers seasonally relevant assortments that enhance customers’ summer and outdoor experiences by leveraging data analysis and customer insights to anticipate demand and optimize category strategies. We collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, focusing on financial forecasting, merchandise planning, and category management to drive effective assortment decisions. What you'll do:

• Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
• Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular timing and promotional demands.
• Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory health issues.
• Oversee inventory product flow, ensuring timely product movement and effective allocation decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally to position inventory strategically at the right time and cost.
• Provide leadership by setting performance standards, mentoring team members, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Monitor key metrics and respond proactively to supply disruptions and inventory imbalances.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
