Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement a wide variety of cosmetic rewards that complement Marathon activities and store.
- Perform scripting and tool work
- Design and implement sustainable content that excite and engage players
- Tune progression values to create compelling moments and a satisfying progression
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Professional game development experience
- Some experience working with game development software and tools
- Knowledgeable in reward and cosmetic systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work as part of a large team and ability to take and provide feedback and direction appropriately
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Technical experience writing text-based scripts to manage game systems (scripting in a Lua, Python, or similar language)
- Experience & understanding player motivation; knowing what drives people to engage with content
- Experience working on games as a service/live content
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
