Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for managing, scheduling, and sorting all incoming calls for a seamless patient experience.

HIRING SCHEDULE:
- Monday: 7:45am-5:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:45am-5:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:45am-5:00pm
- Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm
- Friday: 7:45am-2:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly greet patients with a high level of concierge care.
- Answering phones promptly and checking the office voicemail regularly, responding to messages.
- Managing schedules - input and confirm patient appointments via phone and text.
- Entering in new patient records with precision, updating all details.
- Assist with various office duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a call center or healthcare environment, previous dental experience a plus!
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
