This role serves as a key partner to Brand Marketing, Media, Analytics, Sales, Creative, and agency teams to help ensure campaigns are executed effectively and deliver against brand and business objectives. The Associate Manager, Brand Media will play an active role in campaign development, agency coordination, media reporting, optimization recommendations, and test-and-learn initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital media channels and campaign fundamentals and is eager to deepen expertise in media strategy, measurement, audience development, and performance marketing. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate campaign data into actionable business recommendations. The position supports media planning, optimization, reporting, and cross-functional execution while building expertise across the broader media ecosystem Key Job Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of media plans across digital and traditional channels. Partner with agency teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, within budget, and according to approved plans. Assist in translating brand objectives into campaign requirements, audience strategies, media tactics, and performance metrics. Maintain campaign trackers, project plans, and execution documentation. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes. Analyze channel, audience, geography, and creative performance to uncover insights and optimization recommendations. Support campaign reporting and performance recaps, translating data into clear and actionable business recommendations. Help identify trends and patterns that can improve future campaigns and media investments. Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Creative, Consumer Insights, and Omnichannel teams to support campaign execution and measurement. Stay informed on industry trends, media technologies, consumer behavior, and platform innovations. Build expertise in media measurement, audience strategy, attribution, and optimization methods. Contribute ideas that improve campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency, and media capabilities. Education and Work History: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in media, digital marketing, advertising, agency account management, or related field. Experience supporting paid social, digital video, display, search, programmatic, retail media, or related marketing channels. Understanding of major media channels and campaign measurement principles. Familiarity with media platforms, ad servers, DSPs, or campaign reporting tools. Experience analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into recommendations.
