Broadbent & Associates, Inc. of the Las Vegas, Nevada Area is looking to hire an organized full-time (30+ hours) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to support our growing environmental consulting business. Our office is in Henderson, Nevada. This Administrative Assistant position earns a competitive salary, depending on experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phone calls and direct them accordingly.
- Scanning, photocopying, printing, faxing and filing as needed.
- Communicating via phone, email, or fax with clients, vendors, and other employees.
- Maintain phone/contact list.
- Coordinate hotel, air, and vehicle reservations for clients and employees.
- Monitor and handle purchase of office supplies.
- Assist with office events
- Assist accounting/payroll department with administrative support as needed.
- Pull back-up for miscellaneous jobs during billing for Project Managers.
- Scan, e-mail, bind, and mail out reports per Project Manager directive.
- Enter supply and truck logs on a weekly basis.
- Run errands in company vehicle as necessary
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an Office Administration role.
- Good computer skills including Adobe Acrobat DC, MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly organized, efficient, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Good communicator with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work individually and to interact internally and externally, as the duties require.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time Administrative Assistant will work approximately 30 hours a week on weekdays from 10 AM-5 PM, with some flexibility as needed.
